What to expect
Let me guide you through what to expect from our first visit as well as returning visits!

Pre-Visit
When your appointment request has been approved you'll receive automatic notification via email or text. You can also expect a personalized welcome email from myself. This email will have key details for location, parking, and any instructions needed for how to prepare for your appointment.
Consultation
Whether this is our first or our millionth visit together, we will always start with an in-depth consultation. We will determine how to achieve the hair of your dreams as well as what to expect for pricing.
During this consultation, we discuss what has and hasn't been working for you both color & style wise. Noticed anything new with your hair or scalp? We'll cover that too! Together we'll establish a plan to get you the hair of your dreams. For your first visit, or if we are trying a new color / style, I will go over what pricing for today is as well as what to expect for in-salon maintenance & cost going forward.
Appointment
Following consultation I will formulate and mix your hair color. These formulas are recorded and are readily available each visit.
While your color is processing we can discuss home-care products you may need or be interested in. Then we'll complete checkout and view/schedule any upcoming appointments you may have or need.

Before your haircut or blow-out I will direct you to our shampoo basins. At the basin you will receive a serene wash, rinse and mini scalp massage. This is also when I would apply your glaze or treatment if it is part of our visit.

Your haircut and style are designed specifically for you based off your facial features, life-style, and desires. Styling technique and tips are always available to help you re-create the look at home, or to try something new. ​
Post-Appointment
I strive to not only give you the hair of your dreams but allow it to be manageable for you at home as well. Armed with proper home-care and knowledge, you'll be able to replicate the look on yourself at home.

In the days after your appointment, expect to get a message from me checking in. A few days after your appointment, once you've had a chance to see your hair in different lighting and play around with it, I'll reach out again to ensure you're still loving it!
