How do I know what
service I need?

If you are looking to cover or blend greys you'll want to schedule for a "cover / blend" service (color is painted directly on to your hair and scalp)

​If you are looking to add lighter pieces or dimension you'll want to schedule for "dimensional color" services (think foils or balayage)

If you need both "cover & dimension" services are for you.

If you are still unsure feel free to reach out to Kim and she can further guide you to what services you need.
How do I view my upcoming appointment if I cannot find the confirmation?

If you cannot find any previous automated emails or texts regarding appointments please text Kim and she will be more than happy to resend the appointment details with the link to manage your appointments online.

What should I do if I have more questions?

How do I reschedule or cancel an upcoming appointment?

​​If you search your inbox and texts for appointment reminders or receipts.
​
In those messages there will be a link to view or manage your appointments.
​
Click the link and you will be redirected to my online booking site that has all of your past and future appointments.
​
From there you can select which date you need to reschedule as well as view my upcoming availability in its entirety.

How long should I expect for a response time?

Replies are generally within the same day, but can take up to one business day.
Feel free to reach out at any time
just note if outside of business hours you can expect a response the following business day.

Tuesday: 9:00am - 4:00pm
Wednesday: 9:00am - 8:00pm
Thursday: 9:00am - 8:00pm
