How do I know what
service I need?
If you are unsure of what services you need, you have a couple different ways of determining what you need.

Review my services section and refer to the descriptions, this is for you, and this is not the best fit sections to determine your best fit.

Fill out the request appointment form and choose "no" when you get to the section asking if you know which services to schedule for. This will guide you through a few questions to help me determine the best service fit for your needs.​

How do I view my upcoming appointment if I cannot find the confirmation?

You can view future appointments through the appointment links sent via email/text (see 'How do I reschedule or cancel an upcoming appointment" ). If you cannot find any previous automated emails or texts regarding appointments please text me and she will be more than happy to resend the appointment details with the link to manage your appointments online.

What should I do if I have more questions?
If you have a question that you cannot find the answer, please feel free to reach out to me via text.

How do I reschedule or cancel an upcoming appointment?
​​If you search your inbox and texts for appointment reminders or receipts.
​
In those messages there will be a link to view or manage your appointments.
​
Click the link and you will be redirected to my online booking site that has all of your past and future appointments.
​
From there you can select which date you need to reschedule as well as view my upcoming availability in its entirety.

How long should I expect for a response time?
Replies are generally within the same day, but can take up to one business day.
Feel free to reach out at any time
just note if outside of business hours you can expect a response the following business day.

Business Hours:
Tuesday: 9:00am - 4:00pm
Wednesday: 9:00am - 8:00pm
Thursday: 9:00am - 8:00pm
Friday: 9:00am - 4:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am - 2:00pm
