A credit card is required to be kept on file for all clients scheduling appointments in order to enforce the cancellation policy. Your credit card information is encrypted and protected by my scheduling software.

I ask for at least 48-hours notice to any changes, cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. I understand life happens and can sometimes be out of our control. The time allotted for your appointment is reserved just for you, without proper notice I am unable to accommodate another guest. Failure to provide 48-hr notice results in a 100% charge of scheduled services. Thank you for your understanding.

Please arrive to your scheduled appointment on time. Late arrivals may result in having to adjust the services provided or rescheduling.

A $50 deposit is required for a consultation. Your deposit will be deducted from the service total during your following visit.

I ask that only individuals receiving services are present for appointment times. This helps me to ensure a relaxing environment not only for you but for other guests as well.
