Card on File /Deposits

A card is required to be stored securely on file for all guests to schedule appointments. Your card information is encrypted and stored securely through my scheduling software. This card may be charged in accordance with cancellation, no-show, or late arrival policies. Deposits may be required for high-risk appointments, or product heavy services.

Cancellations / No-Show

To avoid cancellation fees I ask for at least 48 hrs notice to any cancellations, rescheduling, or changes to appointments. Guests who cancel, change, or reschedule within 48 hours of their appointment will be charged for 50% of scheduled services. If a guest cancels, changes, reschedules within 24 hours of their appointment or no-shows they will be charged for 100% of scheduled services. I understand life happens and can sometimes be out of our control, each guest receives one courtesy waiver per 12 month period to accommodate unforeseen circumstances. If a guest fails to communicate after a last minute cancellation and the stylist has followed up within 48 hrs, the fee may still be charged.

Late Arrivals

While I understand there are things that cause us to run late, in order to stay on schedule I ask you send a quick text or leave a voicemail to let me know you’re running behind. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may have parts of their services omitted to stay on schedule and will still have to pay for the full service price. Chronic tardiness more than twice in 6 months may result in fees or scheduling restrictions. The stylist may cancel and charge a 100% fee for excessive tardiness.

Repeat
Cancellation /Reschedule

If a guest cancels or reschedules within 10 days of the appointment more than 3 times within a 12 month period, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required for all future appointment scheduling. Alternatively, the guest may only schedule within 24 hours of the desired appointment time.

Illness

If you or someone in your household is feeling unwell, I kindly ask that we reschedule your appointment. I truly appreciate your efforts to keep everyone healthy and safe. In the case of illness, I’m happy to waive any cancellation fees, as long as I’m notified before your appointment time. I am willing to do everything within my power to get you rescheduled as soon as you’re feeling better! Please note: Appointments canceled after the scheduled time or no-shows may still be subject to a 100% service fee. If illness-related rescheduling becomes a frequent pattern, I may limit how far in advance you’re able to pre-book appointments.

Re-do/Adjustments

I strive to offer my guests the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your color or haircut, please let me know within 7 days of your visit and I am happy to offer adjustments / re-dos. Re-dos are intended to address results that differ from the agreed-upon outcome, not changes of preference. If not a change of preference, the re-do is complimentary. If the adjustment is a change of preference, it is considered a new service and will be charged accordingly.

Salon Etiquette 

This space is designed to be inclusive, safe, warm and welcoming to all. Discriminating language, hate speech, or inappropriate conversation - including but not limited to topics around race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, politics or personal appearance - will not be tolerated. Stylists reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if safety or comfort is compromised.

Minors / Pets

For the safety and comfort of all guests, children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times and cannot attend appointments unless receiving a service. I ask that only the individual receiving services are present for appointment times. This helps me to ensure a relaxing time for you as well as other guests. Unfortunately pets are not allowed within the salon, service animals are always welcome.

Photo/Video

Any photos or video taken at your appointment will be taken with your consent,by giving consent you agree to allow photos or videos of your hair to be taken and used for marketing purposes. If you’d prefer not to be featured, please let me know in advance—I respect your preferences!
