Policies

A credit card is required to be kept on file for all guests scheduling appointments. The card on file is subject to be charged should you no-show or cancel within 48- hours of your scheduled appointment. Your credit card information is encrypted and stored securely through my scheduling software.

Any changes made should be at least 48-hours prior to avoid 100% fee of scheduled services. I kindly ask for at least 48-hours notice for any changes to your appointment. The time allotted for your appointment is reserved just for you, without proper notice I am unable to accommodate another guest. I understand that life happens and is sometimes completely out of our control. If you are running late or something does come up within the 48-hours please let me know as soon as possible via text or call. Late arrivals may result in having to adjust services provided or having to reschedule.

I kindly ask if you or someone in your household is sick that we reschedule your appointment. I appreciate your efforts to keep everyone healthy and am willing to do everything in my power to get you back on my schedule as soon as possible! ​Should an emergency arise and you are unable to make your appointment please let me know as soon as possible via text or phone. ​For both illness and emergencies I am able to waive your cancellation fee. Please note if it becomes a frequently reoccurring event you will be limited as to how far in advance you can pre-schedule appointments.

I strive to offer my guests the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your color or haircut, let me know within 7 days of your visit and I'm happy to correct the issue free of charge.

I get it sometimes we have to see a color or style on ourselves to determine it is not for you. If you change your mind, service re-dos are considered a new service and must be paid for.

I ask that only the individual receiving services are present for appointment times. This helps me to ensure a relaxing time for you as well as other guests.
